1. Download WebMoney Keeper (a software to work with electronic money on the Internet) version 2.2.0.1 or higher here.
2. Install the program. Run WebMoney Keeper and join the WebMoney certification system. Write down or remember your WM-identifier and password. Save your file with secret electronic keys in a safe place (on a diskette) and make a backup of it (or better two). Otherwise you won't be able to use the WebMoney Transfer payment system and, consequently, to transfer your money (WM - identifier and the password are not enough for the access).
3. Fill out the registration form having chosen "Registration" on the menu.
Before getting registered, activate JavaScript and cookies support in your browser. Be sure to remember or write down the received Webmaster number and system password. Without them and without WebMoney defining essentials any further work in the system will be impossible.
4. In order to enter the system fill out your WM-identifier, system password and Webmaster number. Study every item of the operations list. Then, follow specified instructions and commentaries to corresponding items.
5. Registered participants who have met all system requirements and have a non-zero amount of Bonuses on their accounts are enlisted as Webmasters (for more detailed information refer to pages for Webmasters).
